Snogeholm-Naturreservat

The Snogeholm Nature Reserve is a wonderful hiking area with well-marked hiking trails, many of which can be explored as circular routes. The Snogeholmssjön is located in the heart of the reserve, surrounded by picturesque forests, meadows, and gentle hills of the Nature Reserve. There are several designated rest areas and barbecue spots around the lake for visitors to use.

The lake is very popular with fishermen due to the abundance of different fish species such as pike, perch, and pikeperch. Around the lake, a multitude of jetties and fishing spots can be found. Please note that you will need a fishing permit. This can be purchased online at: www.ifiske.se. The nature reserve also offers opportunities for bird watching; many rare bird species can be spotted here.
