Kiviks Musteri

Kiviks Musteri is a renowned cider mill in Kivik. It was founded in 1936, and over the years, it has built a reputation for high-quality fruit products. The Musteri (which means "juice factory" in Swedish) is primarily known for its apple juices, apple wines, jams, and other products made from regional fruits.

In the museum, the "Äpplet Hus", visitors can learn about the development of apple cultivation, the different varieties of apples, and the techniques of apple processing. In the farm shop, you'll find a wide selection of apple juices, apple wines, jams, sauces, fruit products, and other treats made by the Musteri.
